Orders
Orders at Azora Glam are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact our support team via email or phone to request cancellation before the order enters production or shipping.
Shipping
We offer several shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – $5 (5–10 business days)
- Fast Shipping – $20 (3–6 business days)
- Free Shipping – Orders over $120 (5–10 business days)
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor delivery progress.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may return products within 30 days after receiving their order. Items can be lightly used but must remain in acceptable condition.
Refund requests are processed within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued via PayPal and may take 3–5 additional days to appear in your account.
